| Professional Background: | Dr Yimin Zhang received his PhD from the University of British Columbia. Before joining City University of Hong Kong, Dr Zhang taught in the University of New Brunswick, Canada. His research interests are in the areas of transportation economics and infrastructure financing. He has published in the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of Public Economics, the Journal of Transport Economics and Policy and other journals. | |
