    Dr Wang is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Systems. He received his PhD in Computer Science from University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology in 1987.

    Dr Wang specializes in research and development of business intelligent systems and intelligent agents and their applications, such as multi-agent supported financial information systems, elearning systems, knowledge management systems, conceptual modelling and ontology.

    Since joining the IS Department in 1995, he has published more than 30 international refereed journal articles, including Communications of the ACM, Artificial Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Robotics and Automation, IEEE Computer, IEEE Expert, IEEE Software, Decision Support Systems, and Information & Management.
