| | Professional Background: | Anthony Cheung joined City University of Hong Kong in September 1986. He was previously a civil servant with working experience in various government departments, including the Government Secretariat and the Independent Commission Against Corruption. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hong Kong, and received his MSc in Public Sector Management and PhD from the University of Aston and the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK, respectively. He is active in public service, having served on the Hong Kong Housing Authority and the Legislative Council. He also serves concurrently as associate director in charge of the 'Institutions and Management' stream at the University's Governance in Asia Research Centre. |
