    Lester developed an extensive experience in IT, database design and speech recognition before switching to theatre and film. Since then, he has practiced as an actor, director and scriptwriter on stage, film and TV, as well as an IT consultant.

    Lester is also a writer and critic in theatre, film, arts and culture. His popular writing has appeared in various Chinese media in Hong Kong and New York.
