	Professional Background:	Dr Choon Ling Sia received his PhD degree from the National University of Singapore. He has been with City University of Hong Kong since completing his doctoral studies in 1998.His research interests include distributed work arrangements, virtual organizations, electronic commerce, and group support systems. His research has been published in reputable academic journals such as Information Systems Research, ACM Transactions on Computer-Human Interaction, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, Decision Support Systems, and Information and Management, among others. Besides journals, his work has also appeared in the proceedings of premier information systems conferences such as the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS). Service to the academic community is a crucial aspect of scholarship. Dr Sia is currently serving on the editorial boards of Information and Management and Journal of Database Management.
